Pictured are ten of the fourteen talented artists from Ms. Rich’s General Art classes who had their work showcased at this year’s County Fair! Students used various media—oil pastels, colored pencils, graphite, and markers—to bring their creative visions to life. Their outstanding artwork didn’t just earn ribbons… some of it earned cash prizes too! We’re so proud of these creative Panthers and their well-deserved recognition! #PanthersRISE
Ms. Generazio’s art students let their imaginations run wild with a spring-inspired paper basket challenge! Each student designed a basket with a unique theme—think bees, butterflies, sunshine, superheroes, and more. The class then participated in a fun critique and voted on the most creative design. The winner? They hopped away with some chocolate bunnies! #PanthersRISE

Mr. Crews’ Math for College Liberal Arts students kicked off a new financial literacy series this week with an interactive budgeting game! Students navigated real-world scenarios, balancing monthly budgets, tackling unexpected expenses, and making decisions to try to save for the year. After the game, they reflected on the choices that made the biggest impact and sparked thoughtful discussions on achieving financial independence after graduation. #PanthersRISE

The next ESE Advisory Council Meeting is April 22nd, 6 pm, at Rideout Elementary School.

Mrs. Yancey’s World History students are bringing learning to life as they explore the continent of Africa through food! In a delicious hands-on activity, students made seafood turnovers inspired by African cuisine, similar to empanadas but filled with crayfish, crab, and African spices. To make it their own, each student created a custom dipping sauce using sour cream, herbs, and condiments after a fun discussion on the familiar dishes each spice is commonly used in. The creativity (and flavor) was off the charts! #PanthersRISE
Students in Medical Skills and Health Science Foundations recently put their knowledge into action as they learned and demonstrated Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques for adults, children, and infants. From delivering effective compressions and breaths to practicing as both single and two-rescuer teams, these future healthcare professionals built life-saving skills. They also trained on how to use an AED and practiced strong team dynamics with clear roles and communication — all essential components for anyone entering the healthcare field. #PanthersRISE
Ms. Charles’ Algebra 2 students leveled up their math skills with a fast-paced and engaging “Log Race” board game! Designed to reinforce key concepts, the game challenged students to rewrite exponents and logarithms, expand and condense logarithmic expressions, and solve exponential and logarithmic equations. Working in teams, they raced across the board by answering correctly and applying their learning in real time—all while having a blast and cheering each other on! #PanthersRISE

April is the Month of the Military Child. Our Miss Ridgeview is proud to honor this special month by sharing her platform, which celebrates military children's strength, resilience, and sacrifices everywhere. As a military child herself, she knows the challenges and pride that come with the lifestyle—and she’s using her voice to uplift others who walk the same path. #PanthersRISE

💜 Honoring Our Military-Connected Students 💜
Today, we proudly recognized our incredible military-connected students at Ridgeview High School! These students demonstrate extraordinary resilience, strength, and adaptability, navigating the challenges of military life with courage and perseverance. From frequent relocations to long deployments, they continue to rise and thrive as valued members of our Panther family. We are honored to support these students and grateful for the sacrifices their families make in service to our country.
To celebrate them, we hosted a special event filled with fun games, moments of relaxation, and Klondike bars—because who doesn’t need a sweet treat once in a while?
A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Sue, our amazing Military Counselor, for organizing this meaningful celebration and for supporting our military families all year. Her dedication truly makes a difference. #PanthersRISE

We’re proud to celebrate our very own Assistant Principal Jillian Stoltzfus and Clay County’s ESE Supervisor Hope Davis, who presented at the Florida DCDT Visions Conference this last week! Together, they shared the powerful work happening in our district to support students beyond high school, highlighting the innovative programs, services, and wraparound supports that reflect our ongoing commitment to student success and independence for our Transition students.
Their session, grounded in the belief that Everybody Has a Purpose, inspired educators and professionals across Florida. We’re grateful for their leadership and proud of the impact they're making! #PanthersRISE #OneClay
Our Dual Enrollment Biology students at RHS engaged in hands-on learning by exploring the conditions enzymes need to function effectively. Students tested how environmental changes, like heat, impact enzyme activity using test tubes, controlled temperatures, and careful observations. Seeing our Panthers applying scientific concepts in real-time experiments and collaborating to deepen their understanding of biology is always exciting. #PanthersRISE
Ms. Ryan’s AICE Psychology students took their learning to the next level with a competitive Chutes and Ladders–style review game! In teams of four, students tested their knowledge of the 12 key studies they’ve explored this year, evaluating each in terms of generalizability, reliability, validity, and ethics. Here’s the twist: no notes allowed, and you can’t roll the dice unless you get the question right! With the game board projected on the screen, students brought energy, strategy, and critical thinking to the classroom. What a great way to prepare and review! #PanthersRISE
