RHS SWAT, sponsored by Mr. Sadlo, rolled into Skate Night on February 4 with a powerful message and lots of school spirit. Club members proudly wore the tie-dye shirts they created during last week’s meeting, using their designs to spark conversation and raise awareness. The activity illustrated the harmful effects that toxic chemicals found in vape and e-cigarette flavorings can have on the lungs of users. The message was simple, creative, and impactful: “Color your shirts, not your lungs.” #PanthersRISE

Learning healthy habits starts with hands-on experiences! Ms. Haynes’s students explored nutrition by sorting foods into groups and discussing how different choices support a healthy lifestyle. Through this interactive activity, students practiced critical thinking, fine motor skills, and real-world decision-making, all while building independence and confidence. We love seeing meaningful, practical learning happening every day at Ridgeview! #PanthersRISE

Our PBIS team has created an Amazon Wish List to help support incentives that reinforce our RISE qualities — Responsibility, Integrity, Scholarship, and Excellence — and the positive behaviors we see every day on campus.

Pictured below are Ms. Repper, our Dean of Students, and members of our PBIS student committee, already hard at work organizing donated items. These incentives allow us to recognize students who consistently make positive choices and contribute to a positive, respectful school environment.

If you are interested in supporting our students, items purchased from the list linked below will be used directly to celebrate and encourage the great things happening across our campus.

Thank you for your continued support of Ridgeview High School and our students.

Ms. LaPierre’s Culinary 2 students turned the kitchen into a hands-on learning lab as they sharpened their roasting and sautéing skills. Students selected a roasted chicken recipe, expertly coated and prepped their chicken, and applied the same techniques to fresh vegetables for sautéing. As the kitchen filled with great aromas, students roasted their chicken and sautéed their vegetables to perfection. The experience concluded with students proudly enjoying the delicious meal they had created. #PanthersRISE

What an amazing day at the Clay County Career Fair! Today, our Seniors took over the Clay County Fairgrounds with one goal in mind: Enlist, Enroll, or get Employed.

The building was buzzing with networking as students connected with representatives from nearly 100 businesses, colleges, and military recruiters. Superintendent David Broskie was on-site to witness the action, meeting with students and partners to celebrate the incredible opportunities waiting for our graduates. 🤝✨

This massive event wouldn't be possible without the vision and hard work of our Career and Technical Education (CTE) leaders. A huge thank you to CTE Supervisors Kelly Mosley and Alice Paulk for organizing the day, along with our dedicated College & Career Coaches and the entire CTE team for their tireless support of our students.

From shaking hands with local builders to chatting with university reps, the #ClassOf2026 showed up dressed for success and ready to work. The future of Clay County is looking bright! 🌟
