Meta glasses are considered prohibited devices due to their wireless and Bluetooth capabilities. This is a reminder that wireless communication devices are prohibited during class changes and instructional time.
As we approach testing season, students may not have any wireless communication devices in their possession during the administration of district or FAST assessments. Testing will be invalidated if students are found in possession of these devices, even if they are not in use.
This expectation is in alignment with FL HB 379, School Board Policy 5136, and FAST Assessment policy, and consequences outlined in the Student Code of Conduct will continue to be enforced.
