Here's the script in case you missed the phone call: Good afternoon, This is Principal Martin Aftuck with an important message about testing rescheduling for 5/14/25.  This morning we had a partial power issue that caused us to delay the start of our second testing session today for some of Florida State Assessments.  The issue was resolved quickly but we postponed 4th period testing to Weds morning to ensure that students were not going to be affected.  AP Testing continued and finished as planned.  All MHS students will report to their 4th period on Weds 5/14 from 7:20 until 10:39.  We will resume our normal Wednesday schedule for 5th and 6th period.  Thank you for your patience and flexibility.  LET'S FINISH STRONG! Congrats to Sophia Alvarado!!! She was named Mr. Broskie's Superintendent Student of the Month for April. Sophia has a 4.1 GPA while leading as VP of FBLA, Senior Class Treasurer, and member of NHS, Beta, and ALC. She participated in soccer, track and cross country.
