Ahoy! The 5th-grade hall was filled with swashbuckling spirit as the students participated in their Pirate Adventure Show in Orlando. This interactive performance is a new tradition, allowing the kids to showcase their creativity and learn a bit of maritime history (with a lot of "Arrrrs" mixed in). Students were very involved and engaged in the show!

Our kindergarten had some very special visitors last week… baby chicks!
The students were so excited to see them up close, learn about how they grow, and gently hold them. It was a wonderful hands-on experience that brought lots of smiles, curiosity, and sweet moments to our classroom.

Third grade read about the history of the jelly bean and went on a virtual field trip to the Jelly Belly Factory. Then, they built nests for their Peeps using their knowledge of geometry. Jellybeans and toothpicks became points, rays, and line segments.
