A huge THANK YOU to everyone who made our first Ice Cream Social a sweet success! From the refreshing ice cream to the colorful sprinkles and smiling faces, it was the perfect way to celebrate together. 💕🍨

Shoutout to our amazing PFA, volunteers, staff, and families who helped scoop, serve, and spread joy all around. We couldn’t have done it without you! 🙌

Mrs. Wheeler's fourth grade class had fun with their first Social Studies Lab. They investigated documents from their Hurricane DBQ by looking at primary sources to answer the essential question: Why are hurricanes so dangerous?

Mrs. Gannon's Third Grade Math and Science class are exploring science by building a prototype of a boat, making sure it floats, and adding weight to see how much weight will make their boat sink. The students used tin foil to construct their model and pennies to add weight. They had a great time making observations and recording their discoveries. Our tables were soaked, lots of giggles, and enjoyed some Moana music to give it a more ocean feel.

Second graders in Mrs. Stevens' class worked with partners to solve real-world mathematics problems. 🧠

📚✨ Mrs. Knight’s 4th graders are putting their heads together to dig deeper into reading! Today, they worked in teams to find the central idea of a passage. We love seeing them collaborate, share their thinking, and grow as readers! 💡👏

Fourth grade watched a caterpillar form a chrysalis on the palm bush and this week, after a ten day wait, they got to see the butterfly emerge!

We want to give a big thank you to CrossPointe Church! They graciously donated ten backpacks for scholars in need. We love and appreciate our community! ❤️

Ms. Cloud’s science classes used the engineering design process to collaborate and create designs to answer the question “How can you use paper to cool off?”

In Ms. Snyder’s science class, we are learning that plants and animals, including humans, have similarities and differences. This week, we are learning about the similarities and differences of hammerhead sharks and other types of sharks.
