If you have a child who is new to OVE or was absent on picture day, please ensure your child's homeroom teacher is aware that they need a picture taken on that day. If you are unhappy with the picture packet you ordered, return the packet on the day of picture retakes and let your child's homeroom teacher know you want a retake.
