If you have a child who is new to OVE or was absent on picture day, please ensure your child's homeroom teacher is aware that they need a picture taken on that day. If you are unhappy with the picture packet you ordered, return the packet on the day of picture retakes and let your child's homeroom teacher know you want a retake. This week, some of our Littlest Explorers had a chance to meet a variety of Community Helpers! Each day, we saw a different type of vehicle or met a helper. From firefighters to garbage collectors - it was so much fun to learn about those in our community who help keep us healthy, safe, and happy!
This week, Ms.Sloan's class concentrated on opinion writing. Following three days of diligently working through the writing process, each student received a special (a pencil with a bell on top of the eraser) to write their final draft.
