📊 LET'S LOOK AT THE NUMBERS BEHIND OUR HISTORIC YEAR! 📊

You already know Clay County District Schools is an A-rated district—but wait until you see how our classrooms stacked up against the entire state of Florida! 🐊✨

The Florida Department of Education released the subject-area rankings out of all 67 Florida districts for Spring 2026, and our students and educators absolutely crushed it. Check out these incredible stats:

🥇 #1 IN THE STATE – 7th Grade Civics

🥈 #2 IN THE STATE – 7th Grade Algebra

🏅 Top 5 Finish (#5) – U.S. History, 9th Grade Geometry, and Grades 9-10 ELA

🏅 Top 10 Finish (#9) – Biology

But the bragging rights don't stop there...

🍏 An astounding 98% of our schools are officially A or B rated!

⭐ Three of our non-charter elementary schools ranked in the Top 100 statewide: Fleming Island Elementary, Orange Park Elementary, and Paterson Elementary!

This level of academic excellence doesn't happen by accident. It is the direct result of our hardworking students, our passionate teachers and staff, and the incredible families who support them every single day. Thank you for setting the bar high! 💙🎒

Last week, our fierce Orange Park NJROTC cadets conquered Basic Leadership Training at Camp Blanding. We are talking an intense 5-day gauntlet of drill, orienteering, uniform inspections, and STEM challenges.

Huge congratulations to Cadet Rachel Fernandez, who was named Platoon Honor Graduate at Saturday’s graduation! This prestigious award is given to the single cadet with the highest weekly score in each platoon, meaning Rachel beat out the competition to land in the top 3% of all 174 cadets! Even cooler? This is the second year in a row Orange Park has taken this honor home.
