
A4Life spreading love this Valentine's Day at The Addison of Oakleaf! Our students had the pleasure of volunteering with the amazing assisted living residents, helping with a fun socialization activity and gifting handmade Valentine’s cards paired with sweet treats! It was a heartwarming experience, and a great time was had by all!

Join us for an important event, Be Smart with Your Kids' Smartphone, presented by FBI Jacksonville and the Clay County Sheriff's Office. This informative session will provide valuable tips and strategies to help parents and guardians navigate the digital world and keep their children safe online. The event will take place on Thursday, February 27th, from 6:30 to 8:00 PM at Ridgeview High School.

Friday and Saturday, the JV boys wrestling team traveled to Osceola High School in Kissimmee to compete at the JV State tournament! Oakleaf placed 2nd out of 37 schools with three individual JV State Champions!

This weekend, we hosted a highly successful FFCC Winterguard Show, and we couldn’t be prouder of our parent and student volunteers as well as our performers!
Cadet Guard & Winterguard both placed 2nd at the event!
Indoor Percussion & Indoor Winds wowed the crowd with fantastic exhibition performances!
But beyond the performances, what truly stood out was the incredible work of our student and parent volunteers. Spectators and FFCC staff had nothing but praise for their dedication, professionalism, and hospitality—thank you for making this event a huge success!

Huge thanks to all our amazing industry partners for spending time with our students, answering questions, and opening doors to future possibilities. Weather Update # 2: Schools and District Offices Open Thursday, January 23rd.
Clay County District Schools will reopen and resume classes tomorrow, Thursday, January 23rd. Thank you all for your patience and flexibility during this time and we look forward to seeing all students and staff tomorrow. Details about a make-up day for the missed instructional hours will be shared soon.


Weather Update #1: Winter Storm Enzo - Schools and Offices Closed on Wednesday, January 22nd.
Clay County is under a Winter Storm Warning, and after consulting with Emergency Management and reviewing the latest storm projections, we have determined that the timing of the storm’s impact in the morning will make it unsafe to transport students to school and for employees to commute to work. As a result, all Clay County District Schools and offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 22nd.
We anticipate resuming normal operations on Thursday, January 23rd. Information regarding a make-up day for the missed instructional hours will be shared soon.

Superintendent Broskie, in partnership with Florida Prepaid, will once again award two Clay County District Schools' current seniors a 2-year Florida Prepaid college scholarship valued at $8,000.
