❤️🤍💙 REMINDER: Wear Your Patriotic Colors Tomorrow!

Tomorrow, September 11th, is 9/11 Heroes’ Day. We encourage all Clay County District Schools students, teachers, and staff to wear red, white, and blue to school.

As part of American Founders' Month, this National Day of Remembrance is a time for our school family to stand together in unity, honor the memory of those lost, and pay tribute to the courage of our first responders. 🕊️❤️

We look forward to seeing a sea of red, white, and blue across all of our schools tomorrow!

We are proud to announce that our NJROTC drone teams are recipients of a RECF Drone Program NASA Grant! Last year, we made our debut at the NJROTC Blue and Gold Classic at Georgia Tech, where our cadets earned an award in coding and continued to push themselves, ultimately making it to the Final Four in the Team Challenge. With the support of RECF and NASA, we have expanded to two drone teams and are diligently working to open the door for even more cadets to train, learn, and compete. While this is only our second year, RECF’s student-centered learning model empowers our cadets to explore, discover, problem-solve, and challenge themselves in ways that extend far beyond the classroom. Competing against students from across the nation has opened their eyes to the incredible opportunities within science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and computer science. We are excited to see where this journey takes our cadets next. Their hard work, curiosity, and determination continue to prove that when students are given the opportunity to explore STEM, the sky truly is the limit!
