Middleburg High School is proud to announce that Bella Evans, one of our Computer Science & Information Technology (CSIT) students, has successfully completed a paid summer internship with the Clay County Board of Commissioners through a unique and growing partnership between Middleburg High School and Clay County Government.
This summer, Bella worked at the Clay County Emergency Operations Center, gaining valuable real-world experience and making meaningful contributions to the county’s IT operations.
The internship reflects the ongoing effort to prepare Middleburg CSIT students for future careers in technology through hands-on learning, mentorship, and collaboration with local industry professionals. This partnership between Middleburg High School and Clay County Government is helping bridge the gap between education and the workforce by providing students with opportunities to explore careers in IT and public service.
We are grateful to Clay County Government for investing in our students and providing opportunities that empower the next generation of IT professionals!
For more information about the CSIT program at Middleburg High School or partnership opportunities, please contact Christine Ackerman at christine.ackerman@myoneclay.net
