Summer is in sight, and we are already getting excited about next school year. Flyers are coming home today or tomorrow for our Back to School Bash - please SAVE THE DATE. On Friday, August 1st from 5:30 - 7:00 PM we look forward to welcoming you back to LES with our 2nd Annual Back to School Bash! See you there!
On Tues, Mrs. Bunn's students continued working on STEM challenges. Block 1 worked in Tower Challenges. Block 2 was able to do Tower Challenges and a Monster challenge. Great planning, revisions, and collaboration going on with the students.
Important Information for 6th Grade Parents! The 6th grade promotion ceremony is tomorrow! You must bring your ID into the front office prior to going on campus. We are planning a "clap-out" for the students as they make their way to the cafeteria at 8:50 am. Families will be able to stand outside the cafeteria and watch them walk in. We will be ready to start signing guests in at 7:30 am. We are expecting a huge turnout of guests for the ceremony and strongly suggest arriving early to get signed in.

They are moving up….but first, a whole bunch of learning and fun in an Ocean theme. The VPK students had a special graduation, ocean luncheon, ocean activities and a water day with all their Pre-K friends!
Lakeside Spirit Night at Whataburger on Blanding Blvd. Come get dinner and support Lakeside from 5-8 pm tonight. Lakeside will receive 20% of sales.

Attention Parents of 6th graders on the field trip- traffic is heavier than expected on the way back and they are estimated to be back on campus around 5 pm.
The safety patrols had an amazing time on their end of the year field trip to Medieval Times!
