Our Kindergarten classrooms were filled with excitement as we celebrated the Wedding of Q and U. Our students learned the ultimate phonics love story. In the English language, the letter Q is almost always followed by its best friend, the letter U. Without U, Q just can't be quiet, quick, or even a queen! At LAE, we believe in bringing lessons to life. This isn't just a phonics rule; it’s an experience. We are so proud of our little learners for mastering this "qu-irk" of the alphabet!

What a patriotic and page-turning night! In honor of Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida, we hosted our Early Literacy Night last Thursday and it was a star-spangled success! 🌟
Our VPK-2nd grade students and families joined us to celebrate "Read, White, and Blue: 250 Chapters of America." From interactive literacy games and creative crafts to meeting our special eagle friend, it was a night dedicated to the joy of reading and the future of our youngest learners.
