As part of Florida’s school health guidelines, all students entering 7th grade are expected to have a Tdap vaccine (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) on record before the first day of school, August 11th. If you don’t have a healthcare provider, no-cost vaccines are available for children 18 and under through the Florida Department of Health-Clay County. Students can sign up to attend WEB-Where Everyone Belongs INDIAN WELCOME Orientation on Wednesday, July 29th from 8am-12pm. Students will complete team building activities and meet student WEB Ambassadors on campus that will support incoming 7th graders, as well as, new students to KHHS. Our Orientation will be a student only event held in the gym. Families will be able to come and see the campus at a different time.
Parents, so you are aware, during the summer you and/or your student will receive a phone call from our WEB Ambassadors giving details about the event and welcoming them to our school.

Clay County District Schools Food & Nutrition Services is excited to announce our Summer 2026 Food Service Program! From June 8th to July 31st, all children ages 18 and under can receive free, nutritious meals.
No applications are required! We have two types of meal options available Monday through Friday depending on the location:
🚗 USDA Rural Sites (Off-Site Pick-up / Grab & Go)
Parents/children can pick up a hot lunch and a cold breakfast for the next day to enjoy at home!
⏰ Time: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Locations:
• Keystone Elementary, McRae Elementary, Shadowlawn Elementary, Wilkinson Elementary
🍽️ USDA Non-Rural Sites (On-Site Consumption / Dine-In)

We have extended the deadline for bus registration to July 31.
