We are overjoyed and extremely proud to have Grove Park represented in both categories. Christmas Spirit Week! Mrs. Smith and Mr. Halter are hiding Christmas ducks around campus all week for students to find! 🦆🎄 When students find a duck, they can bring it to the front office and exchange it for a prize from Mrs. Smith’s Treasure Box. We want this week to be fun and festive, and students are already loving the hunt and stopping by to visit us in the front office. 💚 Good luck, Gators! 🐊✨

Such an amazing experience tonight celebrating our very own Dorothy Bailey, Teacher of the Year Semi-Finalist, and Kristina Jackson, Support-Related Employee of the Year Semi-Finalist, as they were recognized at the School Board meeting. We are also incredibly proud of Kariyah Wilkins, who was honored as a Top 3 Finalist for Rookie Teacher of the Year! Grove Park was recognized in all three categories, but it goes far beyond that. Several semi-finalists from across the district—now serving at other schools—started their careers right here at Grove Park Elementary. That speaks volumes about who we are, the culture we’ve built, and the way we grow exceptional educators and leaders. Grove Park is truly a place where greatness begins—and continues to shine. 🌟🐊💚

National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day serves as a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom.

Clay County District Schools joins the nation in honoring the memory of those who perished at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and recognizing the strength of the generation that followed.

We teach our students the importance of remembering history and respecting the sacrifice of our veterans.

Track tryouts will take place December 15th and 16th for any 4th, 5th or 6th grade students interested. Interested students will receive a permission slip from Coach Ganey. The permission slip must be signed and returned before tryouts for students to be able to participate. Go Gators!
