The Power of Relationships: Our Mentorship Program Blooms- Each One. Reach One!

At Grove Park Elementary, we believe strong relationships are at the heart of a thriving school community. This year, our mentorship program, "Each One. Reach One," is rooted in that belief, pairing staff members together to support, encourage, and grow alongside one another. Each pair was presented with a marigold flower, a symbol of warmth, growth, and care. Just as marigolds help other plants flourish, our mentors and mentees will nurture each other’s professional and personal growth throughout the year.

As our marigolds grow, so too will the bonds between our staff. Together, we are cultivating a culture of support, positivity, and excellence—one relationship at a time.

October
This month, we celebrate the incredible leadership, dedication, and hard work of principals across the nation—especially our very own principal, who leads with vision, compassion, and a relentless commitment to student success. Principals play a vital role in creating positive school cultures, supporting teachers, and ensuring every student has the opportunity to learn and grow.

Thank you for all you do to make our school a place where students and staff can thrive every day! 💚🐊
