Leading the Way in Inclusive Excellence
Ridgeview High School was proud to welcome junior high and high school administrators, along with support facilitators, to observe the outstanding co-teaching model in action in Ms. Michaels and Mr. Gonzalez's classroom. Their partnership reflects what is possible when collaboration, high expectations, and intentional support come together to meet the needs of all learners.
Through purposeful planning, shared instruction, and a strong commitment to student success, they have created an inclusion classroom where every student is challenged, supported, and valued. Their work not only impacts the students they serve each day, but also provides a powerful example for educators across our district.
