Last week, Ridgeview students had the opportunity to attend Construction Career Days, where they explored the many career pathways available in the construction industry through hands-on, real-world experiences. Students participated in interactive Learning Labs led by industry professionals who demonstrated cutting-edge technology and construction techniques, visited the Career Center to learn about internships, apprenticeships, and employment opportunities, and experienced up-close demonstrations of heavy equipment and construction tools, with some even getting the chance to operate machinery under supervision. The event helped our Panthers connect classroom learning to real careers, ask questions directly to professionals, and start envisioning their futures in high-demand fields, reinforcing our commitment to preparing students for success beyond graduation. #PanthersRISE

While we were unable to take many pictures, we want to recognize the outstanding job our students did. Our talented culinary team prepared and served breakfast with professionalism and skill, showcasing the strength of our CTE programs and their real-world readiness.
