IMPORTANT RUN/WALK INFORMATION FOR THOSE MANATEE FAMILIES WHO ARE PARTICIPATING:
Thank you for having your child join our PES Run/Walk Club. Throughout the year, there are times that Coach Vann must reach out and give you relevant information, such as a Run/Walk cancellation due to weather. In order for you to receive this information, you MUST download the OneClay app. Please be sure that you check your settings under this app that allows you to “Receive Notifications.” This will be the only way that Coach Vann will be able to communicate directly with you. Please do this as soon as possible. There will be a "TEST" message sent on Friday, September 19th. Please check that you receive it.
The first day of Run/Walk will be on Thursday, September 25th. 👟👟👟
Come to the Book Fair! Paterson’s book fair is September 18 - 25 in the Media Center. Students will shop on their media center resource day (during media resource class). Parents, you can give your student shoppers cash or put money in the e-wallet (https://bookfairs.scholastic.com/bf/patersonelementaryschool).
Parents can shop from 2:40 - 3:30 every day, and we are open until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 25th for parent/family shopping.

There's just 10 DAYS remaining to register for the Run/Walk Club with Coach Vann! The club gathers every Thursday, from 2:45 to 3:30 PM, weather permitting. All parents are welcomed and encouraged to join in this fantastic afterschool activity with their children! The final day to sign up is Friday, September 19th.

Remember, in line with the Safety & Security Rulebook, only our PRE-REGISTERED guests get the VIP treatment! To attend, you MUST fill out this form prior to the deadline.
You will ONLY be checked in if your name is on a list.
You will sign in at the table that corresponds to your child’s grade level.
Families with multi siblings: please sign up for only one student and one grade level per family in the form.
Families with multi siblings, you will only need to check in once at one of the corresponding tables.
After registering, proceed through the South Cafeteria Doors to enjoy a delicious continental breakfast consisting of muffins and juice.
Please wear your issued Visitor Badge in a displayable location at all times.
Parents will NOT be able to escort their student(s) past the courtyard area, but feel free to have a photo opportunity with your incredible student or students.
Parents will be allowed to escort and visit our Book Fair located in the Media Center.
Should you choose to stop by the Book Fair, our staff will assist you with finding the Media Center.

We are excited to invite parents, guardians, and emergency contacts to join us for lunch with their student(s). We kindly request that you maintain a respectful educational environment, as testing will be occurring throughout the school.
Lunch Guidelines:
💙 No sign-up required: Simply arrive 10 minutes before your student's lunch time to check in through our Raptor system and receive your visitor badge.
💛 Wear your visitor badge at all times while on campus.
💙 After checking in, please meet your student in the courtyard.
💛 You are welcome to bring outside food and/or drink.
💙Your student can get lunch from the cafeteria and then meet you back outside in the courtyard.
