🎃 Manatee Families ~ The Halloween Parade is TOMORROW! 👻

Get ready for a spook-tacular time at Paterson’s 34th Annual Halloween Costume Parade! 🧡

Our PreK–3rd graders will parade through campus to the rhythm of the Fleming Island High School Drumline, while 4th–6th graders and families line the sidewalks to cheer them on! 🙌

🕸️ Parade begins at 9:20 a.m.
📍 Families may watch from the designated viewing areas in the South Parent Parking Lot (see map).

➡️ Just a reminder: the front office will be closed for the duration of the parade. If you plan to pick up your student(s) after the parade, please visit the front office.

Everyone is encouraged to dress up—but remember to keep it school-friendly (no “weapons” or scary masks, please). 👻🎭

🥁 Want to see the Fleming Island High School Drumline perform in the courtyard after the parade?

Ms. Frendahl‘s kindergarten class paired up with Ms. Creswell’s 6th grade class to observe how a chemical change takes place. Then they went inside the science lab where they each got to create their very own lava lamp using water, oil, and Alka-Seltzer tablet, and some glitter. The 6th graders did an excellent job of helping the kindergartners!
