To celebrate Valentine’s Day, our Media Specialist Mrs. Kiem created a Blind Date With A Book display! Students were able to select a wrapped book to check out from the library based on clues and stickers that tell what the book is about and the genre. Students have the opportunity to complete a short book review on the book they select and receive a Valentines-themed treat bag. Everyone is very excited about reading their books!! A special thank you to Stephanie Abreu Quijada, Carleigh Bates, and Ava Nazario for helping to create the display!

What a breathtaking performance! This past Thursday night, the Thrasher-Horne Center was filled with the incredible sounds of our very own Clay County students during the All-County Honor Band Concert.

From the intricate woodwind melodies to the powerful resonance of the brass and percussion, our Junior and Senior High musicians demonstrated exactly why the performing arts are the heartbeat of our schools. These students didn't just play notes; they poured their hearts into every measure, showcasing the discipline, teamwork, and passion they’ve cultivated all year.
