Go to: sdcc.mybusplanner.com/Login
New users: Click "Create Account."
Returning users: Log in to your existing account.
2️⃣ Complete the Registration Form
Once logged into the BusPlanner Parent Portal, click on Parent →Online Forms and Requests→2026-2027 Student Transportation Opt-In

Go to our website at oneclay.net/bus and click on the 26-27 Bus Registration Form button
📍 Quick Eligibility Check:
2+ Miles: Students living 2 or more miles from school qualify for transportation.
🛡️ IEP Students: If your child has specialized transportation through an IEP, no registration is needed. It is already taken care of!
🚶 Walk Zones: Info on hazardous walking conditions and courtesy rider requests on our website at oneclay.net/bus

Mr. Detwyler is coming to us from Thunderbolt Elementary and he brings several years of experience in Clay County District Schools. He has served as a 4th and 5th grade teacher, Team Leader, School Advisory Council Chair, and member of the Superintendent’s Teacher Advisory Council. In addition, he has also coached Elementary Math Field Day and served as a Spelling Bee Coordinator.
A proud product of Clay County District Schools, Mr. Detwyler is passionate about supporting student success, building positive relationships, and fostering a culture of high expectations for all learners.

Today, we celebrate Assistant Principal Shalonda Ravenell as she begins an exciting new chapter with the Orange Park High Raider family.
While we are saddened to see her leave, we are incredibly grateful for the dedication, leadership, and positive impact she has made on our school community. Clay County District Schools is transitioning to the Focus Student Information System (SIS) for the 2026-2027 school year. Focus will become your new hub for checking grades, attendance, and scheduling, replacing Synergy ParentVUE and StudentVUE.
🗓️ Important Dates for a Smooth Transition:
June 25: Access to Synergy ParentVUE ends. (Be sure to download any report cards you'd like to keep before this date! 📄)
July 6: The new Focus portal and mobile app go live! 📱
⚠️ One Quick Step to Prepare:
To ensure you receive instructions on how to access your new Focus account via email this July, please log in to ParentVUE before June 25 to verify that your email and phone number are correct.

🍎🥦 FREE Summer Meals for Kids in Clay County! ☀️🍗
Clay County District Schools Food & Nutrition Services is excited to announce our Summer 2026 Food Service Program! From June 8th to July 31st, all children ages 18 and under can receive free, nutritious meals.
No applications are required! We have two types of meal options available Monday through Friday depending on the location:
🚗 USDA Rural Sites (Off-Site Pick-up / Grab & Go)
Parents/children can pick up a hot lunch and a cold breakfast for the next day to enjoy at home!
⏰ Time: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Locations:
• Keystone Elementary, McRae Elementary, Shadowlawn Elementary, Wilkinson Elementary
🍽️ USDA Non-Rural Sites (On-Site Consumption / Dine-In)
Children must eat their hot meals at the school during the designated times.
⏰ Times: Monday – Friday | Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Locations:
• Argyle Elementary, Charles E. Bennett Elementary, Swimming Pen Creek Elementary, Orange Park Junior High
Please note: There will be no meal service on July 2nd–3rd in observance of Independence Day. Sites are subject to close based on participation.
