On November 3, Clay County voters will consider the renewal of the existing One Mill ad valorem funding for four years (July 1, 2027 – June 30, 2031).

Because this measure is a renewal of the existing operating millage, it continues current funding without increasing tax rates. Revenues are strictly dedicated to two operational priorities:

School Safety: Funding law enforcement contracts for campus officers.

Employee Compensation: Providing competitive pay to retain and attract quality teachers and support staff.

All expenditures are subject to review by an independent Citizens’ Oversight Committee. Visit oneclay.net/renewal for more information.

Attendance Matters Flyer. Attend Today. Achieve Tomorrow.
Today, we were thrilled to host a special presentation by Mr. Gugel on the Florida Seal of Fine Arts for our dedicated visual art, theatre, and music students! Students who complete three year-long courses in a single fine arts discipline by graduation have the chance to earn this distinguished state recognition on their diploma, and today's session broke down everything they need to know to qualify. A big thank you to our fine arts teachers, administrators, and exceptional students who joined us in the cafeteria today to learn more about this incredible opportunity!

❤️🤍💙 9/11 Heroes’ Day | National Day of Remembrance 🕊️

Today, September 11th, Clay County District Schools pauses to honor the lives lost, the courageous first responders who rushed toward danger, and the countless heroes whose bravery shone on one of our nation’s darkest days.

On this National Day of Remembrance, our students and staff reflect on the selflessness, unity, and resilience that defined our country following September 11, 2001. Through meaningful classroom reflection and age-appropriate civics lessons, we ensure that the legacy of these heroes inspires the next generation.

Today, we invite our Clay County community to join us in taking a moment of quiet reflection to honor those we lost and thank the local heroes who keep us safe every day.

We will never forget. ❤️
