🧒 Registration Details: If your child will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2026, they are eligible to start their educational journey with Clay County District Schools this fall.

Before you start, make sure you have digital copies of these three "show-ready" documents to upload:
📄 Proof of Age: Birth certificate or legal guardianship documents.
🩺 Health Records: School physical and immunization forms (DOH 680 or 681).
🏠 Proof of Residence: A lease, mortgage statement, or recent utility bill.

As part of Florida’s school health guidelines, all students entering 7th grade are expected to have a Tdap vaccine (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Pertussis) on record before the first day of school, August 11th. If you don’t have a healthcare provider, no-cost vaccines are available for children 18 and under through the Florida Department of Health-Clay County. 🍎🥦 FREE Summer Meals for Kids in Clay County! ☀️🍗
Clay County District Schools Food & Nutrition Services is excited to announce our Summer 2026 Food Service Program! From June 8th to July 31st, all children ages 18 and under can receive free, nutritious meals.
No applications are required! We have two types of meal options available Monday through Friday depending on the location:
🚗 USDA Rural Sites (Off-Site Pick-up / Grab & Go)
Parents/children can pick up a hot lunch and a cold breakfast for the next day to enjoy at home!
⏰ Time: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Locations:
• Keystone Elementary, McRae Elementary, Shadowlawn Elementary, Wilkinson Elementary
🍽️ USDA Non-Rural Sites (On-Site Consumption / Dine-In)
Children must eat their hot meals at the school during the designated times.
⏰ Times: Monday – Friday | Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

2+ Miles: Students living 2 or more miles from school qualify for transportation.
