🚲 Heads Up, Clay! Arrive Safe! 🛴

With students heading back to class this week, bike racks across Clay County are filling up fast! Whether you're riding a traditional bike, e-bike, or e-scooter, safety starts before you even step on the pedals.

Keep these quick tips in mind for a smooth ride:

  • Obey the Rules: Follow all traffic laws, stop signs, and signals.

  • Go with the Flow: Always ride with the flow of traffic, not against it.

  • Stay Alert: Ditch the distractions, look ahead, and watch for hazards.

  • Be Seen & Predictable: Use hand signals when turning or stopping so drivers know your next move.

  • Protect Your Brain: Wear a helmet—it’s Florida law for riders under 16!

E-Bike & E-Scooter Riders: Watch your speed and slow down near pedestrian zones and crosswalks!

Let’s make this school year the safest one yet! 🎒✨

We started our first whole-group PLC of the year with a twist... literally! We opened the session by trying our hands at making balloon animals. 🐶 🎈 Safe to say, that activity required a few extra tiers of small group instruction and a whole lot of patience! After our hilarious warm-up, our team got down to business focusing on what matters most for student success this year: Benchmark Alignment Small Group Instruction Clear Expectations We love learning, growing, and laughing together right from the very start. Here’s to a great year ahead! 🌟
