National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day serves as a solemn reminder of the cost of freedom.
Clay County District Schools joins the nation in honoring the memory of those who perished at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and recognizing the strength of the generation that followed.

Last night, our soccer teams were in action at the Clay County Regional Sports Complex against Wilkinson. The girls won 8-0 and the boys tied 2-2, where all 4 goals were scored in the last 8 minutes of the game. Way to go, Gators!

the Flour Babies have officially arrived and will be with our students through the weekend! 🍼💛
This follows last week’s Gender Reveal Day, where students discovered whether they were welcoming a boy or a girl and created their baby info cards and birth announcements.
This week, students will be diving into some of the most important early-childhood skills, including:
🧸 Safe vs. Unsafe Toy Stations
📚 Age-Appropriate Book Exploration (“Baby’s First Library”)
🏡 Safe Play Environment Identification (Hidden Hazards Activity)
🎶 Nursery Rhyme + Storytelling Practice
🧼 Basic Care Routines
🍼 Diaper-Changing Challenge
These hands-on stations help our students understand real-life parenting responsibilities, infant safety, and the decision-making skills caregivers use every day.
