What an incredible night at our Winter Holiday Extravaganza! ❄️ It was truly a night to remember as we brought the whole Gator community together under one roof.
We were thrilled to welcome our future Gators from Swimming Pen Creek Elementary, Lakeside Elementary, and Doctors Inlet Elementary, along with a special guest performance by the Ridgeview High School Chorus! Our own Chorus students absolutely shined, making the evening a beautiful celebration of music and talent.
A massive thank you to Ms. Gibson for her hard work in coordinating a night where the past, present, and future of our school could share the stage!

On Wednesday, students in Ms. Callaghan's classes used their extended period to engage in an Engineering project. Students were tasked with designing a structure, using paper products, that could withstand the weight of a large food can. Great job!

👾🧵 Monster Delivery Day at Lakeside Elementary! 🧵👾
Mrs. Hube’s Year Two students had a special opportunity today as they delivered their handmade monster creations to the kindergarten classes at Lakeside Elementary.
Students proudly shared their designs, explained their creative choices, and enjoyed interacting with the mini creators who were excited to receive their new monster friends. While a few students were initially a little unsure, everyone was reassured that these were friendly, kind monsters—and smiles quickly followed.
A special highlight of the day was seeing several students reconnect with former elementary teachers, making the experience even more meaningful and full circle.
This project celebrates creativity, confidence, and connection across grade levels and schools. We are so proud of our students for their craftsmanship, teamwork, and leadership as they shared their work with the next generation of creators.

Clay County District Schools joins the nation in honoring the memory of those who perished at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941, and recognizing the strength of the generation that followed.
We teach our students the importance of remembering history and respecting the sacrifice of our veterans.

Last night, our soccer teams were in action at the Clay County Regional Sports Complex against Wilkinson. The girls won 8-0 and the boys tied 2-2, where all 4 goals were scored in the last 8 minutes of the game. Way to go, Gators!
