Saturday morning our 4th, 5th, and 6th grade math teams participated in Math Field Day. We also had a Muggins team this year. They did an amazing job and we are so proud of them. Congratulations to Alijah for his 1st place finish in the Muggins Tournament. Thank you to the coaches, Mrs. Bobias, Mr. Fisher, Mrs. Baker, Ms. Lee and Mrs. Martelle for all of their hard work with the teams!

Wednesday was National Paraprofessional Day! Lakeside has the best classroom assistants! These staff members provide continuous support to our students and teachers. We appreciate them tremendously.

Today was National School Librarian Day! Lakeside is fortunate to have an amazing Media Specialist, Mrs. Kelly Jernigan! We appreciate everything she does for the students and staff of Lakeside!

First grade enjoyed A Year with Frog and Toad at the Thrasher Horne.

2nd Graders worked on their literacy and music skills in Music this week. They told the story of Little Bunny Foo Foo with a musical twist! *No field mice were harmed during this lesson!
