Today, Mrs. Bunn's and Ms. Lewis’s classes dug up their pumpkin capsule! In October, they buried a pumpkin with common lunch waste items inside (candy wrappers, soda cans, chip bags, ziplock bags, orange peels, banana peels). Today, they dug it up to see what had decomposed and what hadn’t.
