School Counselors Amplify Student Success 🔊✨

This week, Clay County District Schools is proud to celebrate National School Counseling Week. Our counselors are more than just academic advisors—they are listeners, advocates, and bridge-builders.

Whether it’s navigating a tough day, planning for a bright future, or simply providing a safe space to be heard, our counselors work daily to "amplify" the potential in every child they meet.

To our CCDS Counseling Team: Thank you for your tireless heart, your patience, and your dedication to the well-being of our students. We are so grateful for the impact you make across our district!

Help us show our counselors some love! "Heart" this post to send a huge thank you to the counseling team at your school! 🔗💙

📚✨ Red, White, and Blue Literacy Fun! ❤️🤍💙

What a patriotic and page-turning night! In honor of Celebrate Literacy Week, Florida, we hosted our Early Literacy Night last Thursday and it was a star-spangled success! 🌟

Our VPK-2nd grade students and families joined us to celebrate "Read, White, and Blue: 250 Chapters of America." From interactive literacy games and creative crafts to meeting our special eagle friend, it was a night dedicated to the joy of reading and the future of our youngest learners.

❤️ A Huge Thank You To:

The CCDS Literacy Team: Your hard work and planning made this event magical for our families.

Heather Teto (Chief of Elementary) & Melanie McIver (Supervisor of Literacy) for your incredible leadership.

Superintendent Broskie and Board Member Erin Skipper for stopping by to support our students and celebrate the importance of early literacy!

We are so proud of our Clay County readers. Let’s keep those "chapters" turning! 📖🍎
