🍎🥦 FREE Summer Meals for Kids in Clay County! ☀️🍗
Clay County District Schools Food & Nutrition Services is excited to announce our Summer 2026 Food Service Program! From June 8th to July 31st, all children ages 18 and under can receive free, nutritious meals.
No applications are required! We have two types of meal options available Monday through Friday depending on the location:
🚗 USDA Rural Sites (Off-Site Pick-up / Grab & Go)
Parents/children can pick up a hot lunch and a cold breakfast for the next day to enjoy at home!
⏰ Time: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
📍 Locations:
• Keystone Elementary, McRae Elementary, Shadowlawn Elementary, Wilkinson Elementary
🍽️ USDA Non-Rural Sites (On-Site Consumption / Dine-In)
Children must eat their hot meals at the school during the designated times.
⏰ Times: Monday – Friday | Breakfast: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM | Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Locations:
• Argyle Elementary, Charles E. Bennett Elementary, Swimming Pen Creek Elementary, Orange Park Junior High
Please note: There will be no meal service on July 2nd–3rd in observance of Independence Day. Sites are subject to close based on participation.

The end of the year is fast approaching! Thank you all for an amazing school year. Just a reminder, the last day of school, Friday, May 29th, is an early dismissal day. Students will be dismissed at 11:45am. Our summer office hours are Monday-Thursday from 7:30 - 4:30. We hope you all have a wonderful summer and look forward to seeing you in the Fall!
