KHHS is ramping up for the upcoming Testing Season. Teachers are continuing to focus on strong academics and maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident and prepared.

A group of KHHS juniors and seniors had the opportunity to explore career opportunities on base at NAS Jax on Friday! Our field trip to the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast gave us an inside look at their apprenticeship program and future pathways in aviation maintenance and repair.

Erabelle Conant was very busy on Saturday from qualifying for the National Extemporaneous Speaking SACFL Grand Finals 2025 for Speech and Debate in the morning to Senior Superlatives in the evening and being voted as the Best All Around and Most Likely to Succeed! Congratulations!

Last night 2025 Senior Superlatives were revealed! Thank you to Mrs. Jackson for organizing this fun event! It's always a great time! Here is a sneak peak👀

Last night our KHHS EXPO was a blast! We loved welcoming all of our new students for the 2025-2026 School Year! We had 3 families win a free crockpot! Our student leaders, teachers, school counselors, custodial staff, and everyone who helped are the best! A huge shoutout to Mrs. Feagle, our College and Career Coach, for doing a great job organizing this event for our community! Thank you all for a great night! #OneTribe

Good Afternoon! This Principal Burke. Happy Valentine's Day to everyone! We have had a great Valentine's Day at school today.
I am calling to remind everyone of some upcoming dates. This Monday, February 17th there is no school for President's Day. Students will return on Tuesday. Also next week on Thursday, February 20th we have our KHHS Expo. This is for incoming 7th graders and new students for the 2025-2026 school year where they can explore our Career and Technical programs, clubs, sports, and more. Please share this information with family and friends who will have a new student coming to KHHS next school year. Another date to remember is February 27th. This is a great opportunity to hear from FBI agents and deputies who investigate crimes against kids and how to protect your loved ones and students. This will be at Ridgeview High School. See our social media sites and our school newsletter to see the graphic with a link to register for this event. . One last reminder is that April 11th is a school make up day for students. You can also see these dates and information in our February Community Newsletter that was sent to your email on file.
I hope everyone has a great weekend. Go Indians!
Kona Ice on campus Wednesday!

Remember our Jr High dance ticket sales are this week!
