☀️🌴 School’s out, Mustangs! 🌴☀️ We’ll miss you—but summer fun is calling! 🕶️🐎 Before you ride off into the sunshine, here are a few tips to keep your summer awesome AND safe: 🧴 Sunscreen = your BFF – SPF 30 or higher. Reapply like your grade depends on it. 💧 Stay hydrated – Water > soda. (Your body will thank you.) 🚲 Helmet hair is cool – Brains > style. 📵 Unplug a little – Less scrolling, more exploring! 📚 Keep a book nearby – Your brain deserves a summer workout too. Have a blast, be kind, and take care of yourselves. We can't wait to see all your smiling faces in August! 💙🐎 #MustangSummer #StaySafeMustangs #SeeYouInAugust

Our third graders had a blast at Sweet Pete’s! They made their own candy bars, toured the facility to see how sweet treats are made and packaged, and even did a little candy shopping. It was a sugar-coated adventure from start to finish—and we’re not candy-coating it when we say they had a ton of fun! 😄🍬 Another pun for your enjoyment: It was un-be-candy-ble how much fun we had! OR A jawbreaker of a good time! #dismustangs #stillgotthejokes #EOYfieldtrip #Ienjoyedallthecandythatwasbroughthome #sugarrush

Fourth Graders have been working on their last DBQ - What Was Life Like for the Florida Pioneers in the 1880s and 1890s? Miss Rubi helped Fourth Graders learn about what life might have been like for them. She brought some materials for making homemade dolls, grinding coffee beans and corn. She also showed students a mortar and pestle like pioneers may have used for preparing food. #stilllearning #dismustangs #cantstopwontstop #alwayslearning #evenwhenitsalmostsummerbreak
