Attention grades 3,4,5,6 we have a special note from our music teacher Mrs. Wood.....

My name is Sloane Wood, & I teach music here at Doctors Inlet Elementary. I have enjoyed meeting and working with your kids! Our 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th graders will study the recorder in music class this year at Doctors Inlet Elementary.

Your child will need a recorder for music class. The fee is $6.00, which pays for a recorder, a folder, two sharpened pencils, and any printed music or other handouts your child will be using. Our school is transitioning to My School Bucks for collecting fees. Below is the QR code for purchasing a recorder.

**If your child already has a recorder that was used at Doctors Inlet Elementary or at another school in Clay County, your child will not need to purchase a new one. If your child has a recorder from another school outside Clay County, please have your child bring it to the music room so I can make sure it is pitched the same as the other recorders we are playing.

**If there is more than one child in your household playing the recorder during the school year, each child will need his/her own recorder.
