🌽 Kindergarten Corn Husking 🌽 Each year, our cafeteria team hosts a Farm to Table event for our kindergarten scholars to learn about and enjoy fresh produce! This year's produce item was CORN! After learning how to husk, these pioneers got to enjoy their very own corn on the cob cooked by our amazing cafeteria manager, Ms. Taylor!

Today, on Veterans Day, Clay County District Schools pauses to honor the brave men and women who have served in all branches of the United States Armed Forces.

We extend our deepest gratitude for your service, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting our freedoms. We are especially proud of the veterans within our own community - our teachers, staff, parents, and neighbors.

Looking for a meaningful way to observe Veterans Day? The Camp Blanding Museum is hosting a special ceremony and celebration tomorrow, November 11th.

Event Highlights:

⭐ FREE T-SHIRTS: The first 100 veterans to arrive will receive a free limited-edition t-shirt!

🍔 WWII-PRICED LUNCH: After the ceremony, they will be serving lunch with food at nostalgic WWII prices.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to gather and show appreciation for all who served.
