Congratulations to all the 3rd through 5th grade students who participated in the iReady Spring Madness Challenge!
Your hard word and dedication truly shined as you consistently pushed yourselves to meet your iReady goals each week. We are so proud of your effort and enthusiasm!
Special shoutout to Mrs. Kriener's homeroom for emerging as the overall champions of the challenge bracket! Your outstanding performance earned you a well-deserved pizza party next week - enjoy!
Congratulations to Mr. Edwards' homeroom, who achieved the highest average of iReady goals met throughout the entire competition. Your commitment to excellence has won you a refreshing popsicle party!
We also want to recognize the top performers from each homeroom- students who went above and beyond by passing the most iReady lessons. These students earned a certificate of excellence, as well as some cool swag sent to AES by I-Ready!

Some of our scholars cooling off with a popsicle as a reward for AMAZING cafeteria behavior!
Today, we recognized
💙 Ms. Jenkins' 1st grade class
🩶 Mrs. Dones' 1st grade class and
💙 Ms. Smith's 2nd grade class
with popsicles for consistently demonstrating the attributes of an Argyle Pioneer in the cafeteria during their lunch time! AES Pioneers know that we are responsible, engaged, innovative, confident, reflective, and safe every single day!

This week, we are taking a SNEAK PEEK into Kindergarten!
Today's sneak peek highlights carpet time for teen number review and read alouds, some STEM centers, and a "Smart Cookie" class discussion of all of the topics and skills that our Kindergarten Pioneers have learned about this year! We are so excited to welcome all of our NEW Pioneers that will be joining us for the 2025-2026 school year! Don't forget that Kindergarten Registration is currently open on OneClay.net 💙🩶

This past weekend was the CCDS 36th Annual Student Art Show! Here are some photos of the AES artwork that was on display for visitors to admire.
Thank you, Mrs. Wilhelm, for inspiring the love of art and creativity in our Pioneers every single day!

We're happy you're here, Pioneers! Thank you for making attendance a priority! As we wrap up our last two weeks of school, we are making every day day count at AES 🩶💙

A big thank you to our business partner, Flame Boiler, for supporting student success at Argyle Elementary School!
We’d also like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Holmes’s class and Tessa in fourth grade for exemplifying the true attributes of a pioneer — leadership, resilience, and a spirit of exploration. Keep up the amazing work!

In case you missed it, here are some of the highlights of last week’s musical performance of Alice in Wonderland Jr!
The cast and crew brought this amazing story to life in our very own cafeteria! We were so excited to welcome all of the families, friends, and loved ones to our campus for this outstanding production!
Thank you to Mrs. Emlano and all of the teachers and staff that took part in making this opportunity happen for so many of our Pioneers! We are so grateful for your passion, creativity, and dedication to creating new experiences for our scholars. Bravo!

The 36th Annual CCDS Student Art Show is this Friday and Saturday, May 16 and 17! Come out to the Thrasher-Horne Conference Center to see some outstanding art created by Clay County students.
Our very own art teacher, Mrs. Wilhelm, will be in attendance on opening night, May 16, from 6:00-8:00 PM! Students received a personal invitation from Mrs. Wilhelm if their artwork is being featured in the show. We are so excited to recognize all of the incredible artwork that our Pioneers have created 🎨

Hip Hip Hooray! These Punctual Pioneers are at school today! Attendance matters at AES 💙🩶 #PunctualPioneers
