🚌 CCDS 2026-2027 BUS REGISTRATION TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE 🚌

Clay County families, are you working on registering your student for bus transportation for the upcoming school year? Remember, all students must be registered by JULY 17, 2026! We know some families have run into a few technical hiccups while filling out the Transportation Opt-In Form, so we’ve put together a quick guide to help you resolve the two most common issues:

🛑 Is your form greyed out? Your student might not be linked yet!
If you can't click the form, it usually means your student hasn't been added to your portal account. To fix this, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Head directly to 💻 sdcc.mybusplanner.com and log in to your Parent Portal account.
2️⃣ Select “Add Student”.
3️⃣ Enter your student’s information EXACTLY as it appears in official school records (you will need their Student ID, birth date, street number, and correct school).
4️⃣ Click “Add Student”.
5️⃣ Once successfully linked, your student will appear in your account! Now, go to “Online Forms & Requests” and select the 2026–2027 Student Transportation Opt-In Form.
✨ The form will auto-fill your student’s information for you! Just review it for accuracy, hit Submit, and look for a confirmation message at the top of the page so you know it went through successfully.

🔒 Locked out of your account?
To protect student security, entering incorrect information multiple times will automatically lock your account for 24 hours. If this happens, you have two options:

Option A: Wait 24 hours before attempting to log in and add your student again.

Option B (Fast Track): Email us at routing@oneclay.net with the email address you used to sign up and your student's ID number, and our team can manually override the lock for you!

📅 What’s next?
Once you are registered, official bus routes will be made available around the 3rd week of July via the Chipmunk app.

📞 Still need help? We’re here for you!
If you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to the Clay County District Schools Transportation Office directly:
📧 Email: routing@oneclay.net
📞 Phone: 904-336-0001
⏰ Summer Office Hours: Monday – Thursday from 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
