We're excited to host the Fine Arts College and Career event on Thursday, November 20th, 5-8 PM at the School Board Meeting Room (south end of Fleming Island HS, near the bus loop).
This free event will feature representatives from colleges and universities from across the state who will share information about the various opportunities they offer students in the fine arts (whether majoring in the arts or not). There will also be community/career representatives present to discuss how students can stay involved in the fine arts outside of schooling. Students can also learn more about the FL Seal of Fine Arts and how they can pursue this opportunity and be recognized for their achievement in the fine arts.
We hope to see you at this free event!

We extend our deepest gratitude for your service, sacrifice, and commitment to protecting our freedoms. We are especially proud of the veterans within our own community - our teachers, staff, parents, and neighbors.
Thank you for your service.

A huge thank you to our Information and Technology Services department, led by Director Duane Weeks, for kicking off this new series. They delivered an insightful presentation on their mission to support our district, from the classroom to central operations.
The key takeaway? Partnership! We loved hearing their vision for being "partners at the table" to best support our schools and students.
It was a great discussion, a lot of learning, and a wonderful way to strengthen our collaboration. We're already looking forward to the next one!
