Our school leaders just wrapped up three powerful days of learning, collaboration, and inspiration at the 2025 Summer Leadership Institute! This year’s theme, “Make an Impact,” came to life through the inspiring words of two powerful speakers who embody what it means to leave a lasting legacy. Florida Teacher of the Year Ms. Jaime Suarez and 15-time state championship coach Mike Pickett reminded us that true impact starts with passion, purpose, and a relentless belief in others. Their stories challenged our leaders to think bigger, lead boldly, and recognize that even the smallest action can create a ripple that reaches far beyond the classroom. As we look ahead to the 2025-2026 school year, our leaders return to their campuses energized and equipped with new strategies, stronger connections, and a shared vision. They are ready to lead, ready to serve, and ready to make an impact! #WeAreOneClay #LeadershipMattters #MakeAnImpact
