October Manatee Memo
Manatee Parents & Guardians,
Due to a technical issue, our student information system is not properly updating a field in Destiny, our library management platform. As a result, we are unable to automatically set your child's library access level. To ensure your preferences are recorded, please complete and return the physical Library Access Form that was sent home with your student last Wednesday. If you need another copy please click on the link: K-8 LIBRARY BOOK ACCESS LEVEL FORM.
Students who do not return a completed form will automatically be assigned General Access, which permits them to check out materials. However, General Access does not include titles marked as Parental Advisory Status for grades 9-12. Book checkout resumed on Monday, September 29, 2025.
Please contact the school office at 904.336.2575 with any questions.
Thank you again for your flexibility and assistance with this matter.

For every $25 ticket you buy (normally $50), our school nets $15. It's a win-win touchdown for everyone—friends, family, long-lost cousins, neighbors, you name it!
Get your tickets before November 30, 2025—the cutoff before teams are picked! To purchase click on the link: https://www.gofevo.com/event/81TSGBPATERSON

IMPORTANT RUN/WALK INFORMATION FOR THOSE MANATEE FAMILIES WHO ARE PARTICIPATING:
Thank you for having your child join our PES Run/Walk Club. Throughout the year, there are times that Coach Vann must reach out and give you relevant information, such as a Run/Walk cancellation due to weather. In order for you to receive this information, you MUST download the OneClay app. Please be sure that you check your settings under this app that allows you to “Receive Notifications.” This will be the only way that Coach Vann will be able to communicate directly with you. Please do this as soon as possible. There will be a "TEST" message sent on Friday, September 19th. Please check that you receive it.
The first day of Run/Walk will be on Thursday, September 25th. 👟👟👟
