For the last few weeks In the media center, 4th grade students have been working on Reader's Theater plays. They decided which play they wanted to do, selected which role they wanted to play, read aloud and practiced the scripts, and some groups created props. They then performed their short plays in front of their classmates!

Congratulations to our 2024-25 Run/Walk Club -Top Boy and Top Girl for each grade level.
These students have completed the most miles for their grade levels.

5th graders reviewing FAST benchmarks with Glow Games!






Congratulations to all of our Reading Rockstars!
In the 2nd grade 30-Book Sunshine State, Jr. Challenge, 11 students completed the challenge by reading and passing quizzes on 30 or more books! 1,051 quizzes were passed for the year!! Mrs. Dunn's class passed the most quizzes (325) with Mrs. Dougherty/Mrs. Haymore's class close behind with 314 quizzes passed!
In the 3rd-6th grade 15-Book Sunshine State Challenge, 26 students completed the challenge this year and a total of 707 quizzes were passed! The top 3 homerooms with the most quizzes passed were Mrs. Pounds' class, Mrs. White's class, and Ms. Bachmayer's class.
Way to go, Eagles! Keep reading this summer!!
