We started our first whole-group PLC of the year with a twist... literally! We opened the session by trying our hands at making balloon animals. 🐶 🎈 Safe to say, that activity required a few extra tiers of small group instruction and a whole lot of patience! After our hilarious warm-up, our team got down to business focusing on what matters most for student success this year: Benchmark Alignment Small Group Instruction Clear Expectations We love learning, growing, and laughing together right from the very start. Here’s to a great year ahead! 🌟

We had absolute blast at our very first Pirate Pals (Peer Advisors Learning and Supporting) meeting! 🥳 Our awesome new teachers and their incredible mentors came together to kick off the school year by getting to know each other and putting their teamwork to the test with an intense digital escape room! 🔓💻 The energy, problem-solving, and laughter in the room were off the charts. Building strong connections and a supportive community is at the heart of what we do. We are so excited to see these fantastic mentor-mentee partnerships flourish throughout the year! ⚓❤️🏴‍☠️
