Is your little one ready to become a Keystone Heights Indian? We know the registration process can sometimes feel like a trek through the woods, so we’re here to help you navigate it!
Keystone Heights Elementary is hosting a one-on-one workshop to ensure your student is ready for the upcoming school year.

When: This Friday, April 24th
Where: KHE Administration Building
Requirement: BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, contact the school at (904) 336 - 1375 and use extension 6386.
Who Should Attend?
Parents of New Students (Transferring to KHE)
Parents of Incoming Kindergarten Students
Required Documentation Checklist
To successfully register, you must bring the following items to your appointment:
Two Proofs of Residence:
Document A: Deed, Mortgage Statement, Lease, or Rental Agreement.
Document B: A current Utility Bill.
Official Birth Certificate.
Immunization Records: Form 680 (FL Immunization) or Form 681 (FL Religious Exemption).
Student Physical School Entry Exam: Must be dated after 08/11/25.
Parent/Guardian Photo ID.
