Make sure you gather these required documents to register:
- Birth certificate/Guardianship documents
- Physical and immunization documents (Form DOH 680 or DOH 681)
- Proof of residence (mortgage statement, lease, utility bill, etc.)

Voyagers in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades will be taking the writing assessment next week. We will administer the writing assessment to 4th graders on the 1st of April. Our 5th graders will participate in the assessment on the 2nd of April. Finally, our 6th graders will take the writing assessment on April 3rd. Please ensure your scholars are in attendance on these days.
Class group photo ordering opens up today! If you are sending an order form, please send it to the school by March 12.

Come skate at the Skate Station in Orange Park with the 6th grade scholars of Discovery Oaks Elementary. Be sure to mention that you are a Voyager at the door. This event will take place on February 27th from 5 - 7:30pm. Can't wait to see you there!!!

Weather Update # 2: Schools and District Offices Open Thursday, January 23rd.
Clay County District Schools will reopen and resume classes tomorrow, Thursday, January 23rd. Thank you all for your patience and flexibility during this time and we look forward to seeing all students and staff tomorrow. Details about a make-up day for the missed instructional hours will be shared soon.
Weather Update #1: Winter Storm Enzo - Schools and Offices Closed on Wednesday, January 22nd.
Clay County is under a Winter Storm Warning, and after consulting with Emergency Management and reviewing the latest storm projections, we have determined that the timing of the storm’s impact in the morning will make it unsafe to transport students to school and for employees to commute to work. As a result, all Clay County District Schools and offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 22nd.
We anticipate resuming normal operations on Thursday, January 23rd. Information regarding a make-up day for the missed instructional hours will be shared soon.
