Our third graders had a blast at Sweet Pete’s! They made their own candy bars, toured the facility to see how sweet treats are made and packaged, and even did a little candy shopping. Fourth Graders have been working on their last DBQ - What Was Life Like for the Florida Pioneers in the 1880s and 1890s? Miss Rubi helped Fourth Graders learn about what life might have been like for them. She brought some materials for making homemade dolls, grinding coffee beans and corn.
