July 9th marks an extraordinary milestone for Clay County District Schools as Superintendent David Broskie made a special visit to Orange Park High School to surprise and honor Will Snyder, the district's dedicated small engine mechanic, on his 50th anniversary of service. Notably, Mr. Snyder is the only employee in the history of Clay County District Schools to achieve this 50-year accomplishment.
Mr. Snyder began his career journey with Clay County District Schools on July 9, 1975, when he was hired as a custodian at Orange Park High School. Over five decades, he has consistently demonstrated dedication and commitment to his job, embodying the true spirit and heart of the Clay County District Schools community. His half-century of service has left a lasting legacy within the district and the broader Clay County community.
"Will Snyder's 50 years of service are a testament to his incredible dedication and commitment to our schools and community," said Superintendent David Broskie. "We are immensely grateful for his contributions and the positive impact he has had on countless lives. It was an honor to celebrate this significant anniversary with him today."
Clay County District Schools is proud to recognize Mr. Snyder's exceptional career and profound impact.
