Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) 2020: Meal Service Site and Program Operation

June 8th - July 30th

Plantation Oaks Elementary (through June 30th unless the USDA non-area eligible waiver is extended)

Meal service will be inside the cafeteria for pick-up and off-site consumption. Anyone 18 years or younger may receive a breakfast and lunch at no charge with no application process. Parents/guardians are permitted to pick up meals on behalf of a child or children. 

Parent/guardian must provide a form of valid child identification.  Valid forms of identification may include, but are not limited to, school identification card, child’s passport, government-issued child identification card, or any document proving parent/guardian identity and relationship to the child, such as an adoption decree; doctor, clinic, or hospital record; religious record; or daycare center record.

Social distancing will be implemented in the pick-up area with designated floor markers for 6' spacing.  

Meal service will be Monday-Thursday from 11:00-12:30.

Lunch will be provided and include breakfast for the following day.

On Thursday a hot lunch for the day will be provided and include 2 breakfast meals (for Friday and Monday) and a cold lunch for Friday.
