Battle of the Books

4th, 5th, & 6th Grades
(Spring)

Battle of the Books is a reading incentive program. Scholars read books from the SSYRA list and come together, forming small teams, to demonstrate their abilities and to test their knowledge of the books they have read. The teams compete at TBE and then the winning team participates in the district BOB competition.

In chorus, we sing fun songs that teach music skills, get better at sight reading music, sing different styles of music, play instruments,  go caroling, and perform on stage!

Meeting in small teams, trained volunteer coaches inspire girls to build confidence and other important life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and physical activity.
