Registration is now open for the 22-23 school year.
Our online registration allows for parents to register from any mobile device or desktop computer. Required documents will be uploaded by taking a photo from your mobile device or uploading the documents from your desktop. New to Clay County School District:
Please follow the steps below to register your students:
Step 1: Locate your zoned school by clicking on the school bus “Find Your Zoned School”
Step 2: Click on the link the apple “Online Registration Account Access” to create your ParentVue account for online registration. You will receive an email to verify your account and will be able to complete the online registration and upload all required documents once verified.
Step 3: You will receive an email once your registration has been processed for enrollment.
Returning to Clay County District Schools:
Please contact your child’s school to request an activation key. In most cases, you will be required to email a copy of your government issued photo ID to the school in order to prove identity. Your activation key letter will be emailed to you upon proper identification in order to securely create your account. Once your account has been created, you will be able to enroll your child back in Clay County District Schools.
Current Clay County District School Families:
The afternoon of July 8, 2021, the district will send an activation email to create your ParentVue account. From this account, you will be able to view your child’s school information, such as grades, assignments and schedule once they are released. In addition, you will be required to verify your current information such as address, phone numbers, emergency contacts and will be able to add new students, such as younger siblings.
Once your account has been activated, click on the tab in the upper right titled “Online Registration”. You will be required to update all current student’s information and will be able to Add A Student during this process.
If you did not receive your activation email, please contact your child’s school beginning July 12. Activation Keys will not be released until this time if you did not receive the email. Required Health and Immunization Documents
Required Health and Immunization Documents for Registration (Florida law requires that prior to entry, attendance or transfer, all children comply with the state adopted immunization schedule (Florida Statute 1003.22):
- Students Birth Certificate
- FL680 or 681 Religious Exemption for required school entry shots (all out of state shot records must be transferred to the Florida form)
- Florida physical
Required Residency Documents for Registration:
- Current Mortgage Statement, Deed or Lease
- Current Utility Bill
- Parent’s Government Issued Photo ID
If you are not the homeowner or lessee, you must provide items 1 and 2 above for the person you are residing with, an additional bill in your name showing your current address and the Homeowner's Acknowledgement form, found by click the link here.
